Our restaurant celebrates the authenticity of an exceptional terroir. Its menu is inspired by the products grown on the island such as the tasty Noirmoutier potato, deliciously sweet and salty. From the auction to your plate, the Chef highlights the fish brought back every day from the fishing and sublimates all the dishes with finesse.
